Quality is managed through strategic planning followed by departmental objectives for improving quality. Improving process capabilities, reduction in defectives, reduction of Cost of Poor Quality are some of these activities. Quality Function Development (QFD) is done by capturing voice of customers to reduce customer complaints.
Latest generation On line and Off-line instruments are used in our Quality Assurance Department to test the incoming, in process and final product by trained personnel.
All the test data are automatically downloaded directly from the instruments to on line system, which is accessible by all concerned persons. All winding machine data e.g. clearer cuts, efficiency, rouge drums are downloaded to the Mill Eye server and the same are easily accessible for day-to-day monitoring.
